At Miniature Highland Ranch 32, the health and long-term well-being of every calf we raise is our highest priority. We are committed to providing strong, well-developed miniature cattle that are not only visually exceptional but also genetically sound and properly cared for from birth to delivery.

Each calf is raised in a low-stress, clean, and well-managed environment where proper nutrition, socialization, and routine health monitoring are part of daily care. From an early age, our calves are handled regularly to ensure they are calm, friendly, and adaptable—making the transition to their new homes smooth and stress-free.

Before leaving our ranch, every calf undergoes a comprehensive veterinary examination conducted by a licensed veterinarian. This includes a full physical check, confirmation of overall health condition, and verification that the animal is free from visible illness or disease. All calves are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming protocols at the time of departure.

We provide a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) and all relevant health documentation with each animal. These documents travel with your calf and are essential for transport, whether local or interstate. For buyers requiring delivery, we work exclusively with experienced, USDA-licensed livestock transporters to ensure safe and humane handling throughout the journey.

Our health guarantee covers the calf at the time of sale, confirming that the animal is in good health and fit for transport. We encourage all buyers to have their calf examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48–72 hours of arrival. In the rare case that a serious health issue is identified and verified by a veterinarian within this timeframe, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

While we stand behind the health of every calf we sell, ongoing care, nutrition, and environmental conditions after arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. Proper handling and management are essential to maintaining the calf’s health and development.
